Dr. Jill Norris is a family physician with an interest in Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as tools to improve health and well-being.  She is a facilitator of PROP, the Presurgical Resilience and Optimization Program.  PROP is a program co-created and led by Dr. Karen Johnsson and Dr. Sonja Mathes.  Since 2020, PROP has been providing group education for patients awaiting joint replacements, to help people be as physically and mentally prepared for surgery as possible.

Outside of PROP she has community longitudinal family practice.
