Landon Wilkins is Head of Clinic Enablement at RebalanceMD Group, where he oversees the shared services and day-to-day supports that help clinics run well. His work sits behind the scenes of care delivery, supporting Clinic Managers, clinicians, MOAs, and administrative teams with the systems, workflows, tools, reporting, and practical support they need to keep things moving.
Landon’s scope includes clinic communications, medical and allied health support, referrals, booking, billing, assessments, phone workflows, EMR and system processes, documentation, training resources, and clinic reporting. A lot of his work is about making sure the right supports are in place, the right people have the right information, and teams are not stuck fighting with unclear processes or disconnected systems.
With a background in technology, systems, and operations, Landon brings structure to messy or complex problems. He builds tools, improves workflows, clarifies handoffs, supports platform rollouts, and helps teams find more reliable ways of working. His approach is practical and collaborative: understand what is actually happening, fix what is getting in the way, and build solutions that people can realistically use in a busy clinic environment.
At the core of Landon’s work is a focus on reducing administrative burden so that clinicians and clinic teams can spend more time focused on patients. He cares about systems that are clear, safe, compliant, and sustainable, but also about whether they actually make someone’s day easier. His goal is to help create clinics that feel more supported, more connected, and better equipped to deliver care.
Landon brings his lived experience as a transgender man to his leadership, grounding his work in authenticity, empathy, and the belief that inclusion makes both teams and healthcare stronger.
